The city named Samjiyon is envisaged as what North Korea calls a "Socialist Utopia". It had brand new apartments, Hotels with a tremendous view, a Ski Resort, major commercials blocks, cultural and medical facilities. As per Report of 2019, the KCNA said that this town sets the benchmark of a mountainous modern city under socialism.
A huge celebration ahead of new city inauguration involving fireworks was held at the city near mount Paektu on Monday on their local time.
The publisher of the newspaper provides photos of Mr. Kim jong-un smiling as he cut a ribbon at the ceremony while North Korean Television showed a beautiful view of beige, green and purple covered with the snow.

Air: Samjiyon is served by the Korean people's Air force along with the national flag carrier Air Koryo which operates scheduled flights and charter services between samjiyon and P'yongyang, Wonson and Ch'ongjin.
In 2005, the airport was closed due to major renovations, which were partially underwritten by the Hyundai Corporation.
Rail: Samjiyon is s3erved by the narrow-gauge Samjiyon Line of the Korean State Railway. Construction a new,78 kilometers standard-gauge line from the Pukbunaeryuk Line at Hyesan to Samjiyon is Underway since 2008, with 80% of the roadbed and 70% of lineside structure being complete as of June 2015. the new terminus station is to be at Chunghung-rodongjagu.

North Korea has celebrated the completion of the project handled by Kim jong-un. A new city near the sacred mountain from where he belongs. The city has referred to by Mr.Kim Jong-un as the " Village of ideal socialist" During the 2019 new year's address. The local state media of North Korea called it the epitome of modern civilization.

SKI RESORT- ATTRACTION OF SAMJIYON...!!!
The ski resort is the main attraction of the North Korean country Samjiyon. It is the best place to visit. The Ski Resort is having Modren rooms, hot spring spas, and horse-riding park.
Kim hardly repressed his happiness, saying that it has become possible to provide people with a new culture, and one more plane of the party to make our people enjoy high civilization under socialism as early as possible has come true.

HOW TO REACH...??
There are two ways of transportation, one is by air and the second one is rail. It is a very huge adventure to travel to samjiyon. By air, it is really fantastic but by rail, it is adventures to travel.

Tourism is likely to become even more important to the North's economy in the coming months. Under the United Nations' sanctions resolutions. Samjiyon is a great place for tourism. The Samjiyon Grand Monument consists of four groups of sculptures called on the Battlefield, Fatherland, Longing, and Forwards.

Samjiyon is having a Holiday resort and destination for two presidents of North Korea. Both Kim ll-sung-il have established places and compounds in the area, accessed by a specially developed and exclusive railway station for the presidential trail.
Hence, Represent the famous Place which converts into a fabulous place to visit for.
